CHILD OPTION OF DisableChestsOnMobs

This option is DEACTIVATED by default, but once turned on a player will be warned exactly once that chests are disabled on horses/donkey/llama etc, if they try again the animal will be destroyed, the player's inventory will be cleared and the player will be kicked from the server. Should cut down on people trying to come on your server and repeatedly put chests on animals.

**Please note if you turn on the punishment option it will for real for real delete the player's inventory. **
