CHILD OPTION OF Overstacked Item Protection

Removes overstacked items if they are found inside hoppers, this can be turned off safely if you do not have players with large stored amounts of overstacked items... If off players can use hoppers to extract items from a large stack one by one in some versions of Minecraft.
