ON BY DEFAULT - Affects ALL Versions

Prevents players from using Dispensers/Droppers to destroy a lit end portal. This can be used to prevent other players from being able to access the end via the vanilla portal, or it may be used to respawn the end dragon using only 2 end crystals.
