To enable / disable this protection use the following command: /istack toggle PreventCactusDupe

NOTE

I apologize for the obscureish name of this protection, when this exploit was originally discovered it ONLY worked on cacti, however it has grown to work with many other grow-able blocks. A better name would be PreventZeroTickExploit but there's a lot of servers that would have to have config updates to fix this.
