CHILD OPTION OF Overstacked Item Protection

Setting this option will allow you to use the AllowStack list as a WHITELIST or a BLACKLIST, If TRUE this list is a whitelist and only entities on the whitelist will be allowed to break the vanilla stack limits. While if FALSE this list is a blacklist and only entities on the list will be prevented from breaking the vanilla stack limits.
