The new Icom ID-51+ and ID-5100 have extended DPRS capabilities they are able to decode weather packets, object, items This is why I decided to bring my weather station to my DStar repeater. The result is a fork of of the small TextTransmit utility named APRSTransmit. I had to refactor/extend ircDDBGateway SlowData encoding logic to allow for slow data interleaving. I pushed everything to my OpenDV fork on github. Sorry, no binaries : compiling should be easy. Next would (and probably) be a daemon that takes data from APRSIS within a certaain range of a given repeater and feeds it to the gateway. Geoffrey F4FXL / KC3FRA
