Currently, Northwest has flaws and inefficiencies when creating and attending events on campus. The current system has both user and admin issues regarding ticket viewing, purchasing, and attendance verification. Here's a more detailed explanation of each end user.

Organizers

When attempting to create an event, organizers have hassles going between multiple internal websites to find and book rooms on campus. Organizers also have to work around not being able to see the analytics of their events cohesively. There's currently no specific way to see non-student attendees at events.

Attendees

Students are also not able to see events and have trouble purchasing tickets while checking in with their IDs. Non-students aren't able to get the same reminders that students receive which creates a disparity.
