OT project status updates

The docs issue tracker at https://github.com/dita-ot/docs/issues currently lists 19 open issues, 62 closed (no open pull requests).
The 2.4 Release planning board shows the status of all issues currently associated with the 2.4 release milestone.

- Plan to have draft of landing page ready by weekend
- Robert & Kris working on committee note for DITA TC on distinguishing between DITA and the DITA Open Toolkit. File is in an early draft state, Kris would appreciate feedback.
