Got a notice from Jarno that he had a conflict for this meeting; will try to schedule another discussion.

Question about what to do with bug reports where users never respond with clarification / samples, and we cannot reproduce. Would like to discuss these at a committer meeting; likely will close if we cannot reproduce and get no response.
