1929 Marriage License: Milton married Mildred Heltman on January 21st, 1929 in Wellsburg, West Virginia. Milton was 21 and Mildred was 19. They both lived in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, so it is unclear why they were getting married in West Virginia - maybe because Mildred was already pregnant with their first child and they needed to get married quickly. There is a note that Mrs. C.R. Heltman gave her consent by phone.
