This sketch gives the general look and feel of the website, no matter what page the user will be on they will have the headers and footers shown on the sketch. The header/top bar will supply the website name in a unique design, a search bar which will lead to the Search Results page, a "Log In" button to take the user to the log in page, a "Create New Account" button to take the user to the create new user page and a "New Question" button which will take the user to the New Question Screen. The footer/bottom bar will supply the "Legal Information" button, an "About Us" button, and a "Content" button and when clicked will simply view a popup displaying the requested information.
