The RobotDyn Voltage regulator Module LDO is a linear voltage regulator, capable of driving a 800 mA load at 5 V.

The voltage regulator (LDO) can deal with incoming voltage from 6V to 12V DC providing a reliable power to most of your projects.

In general, linear voltage regulators are less expensive than switchable regulators but the energy loss is somewhat higher.
