The electronic limit switch module is designed to provide reliable and precise liquid level management for tanks in noisy environments. This module uses either mechanical, optical, or electronic limit switch inputs to monitor the liquid level in the tank. Based on these inputs, the module intelligently controls a relay, ensuring that the tank remains filled within a desired range.
A key component of this process is the integrated microprocessor, which eliminates switch bounce and implements hysteresis. This functionality prevents rapid relay cycling caused by minor fluctuations in the fluid level, ensuring stable and reliable operation. As a result, this protects any motors or actuators connected to the system and optimizes fluid usage.
