Block VB 0.5/2/9

A 230V safety transformer. The DC resistance is too high for our purposes, this probably is the case for all 230v safety transformers to keep copper losses $\frac{230^2}{R}$ low when shorted.

This one has 2x9v outputs, measurements are for only one output.

DC resistance: $10.3k\Omega$ (230v side), $98\Omega$ (9v side)

Winding ratio: 13

Saturation: about $0.65Vs$

Some interesting ringing, which is to be expected as this product was designed for 50/60hz operation.
