Error: 2020 - Database not found

Problem

Upgrade SOMO and try to back up the old database

Solution

You need to back up the file manually. Check the installation path: /var/www/html/monitor

Search for any file that ends with .db

If you can't find any file, you don't have any existing database. To continue with the upgrade, remove the folder /var/www/html/monitor
