Krs2 - member of the Ste20 family of kinases

Krs2 encoded by gene krsB is a Ste20-like kinase from the GCK-II/MST-subfamily, containing 4 calpain-domains-III.

The Schleicher group suggests Krs2 as name for this kinase, as it is most closely related to KrsA. So far we were not able to get a knockout for this gene.
