This game is normally played with a whip-alike controller (more like a Wiimote).

1. Unpack the game, and edit setting.csv:

• Set emulateIO to TRUE
• Set emulateSensor to TRUE

2. Run DemulShooter for this game:
   DemulShooter.exe -target=konami -rom=hcv

• You can set many options in the setting.csv file : resolution, fullscreen, region, level select, secret character, etc...

In the current state, the game needs a second screen to run succesfully (otherise, it will crash past the level select screen), even if only the Player1 side of screen will be visible.
It's possible to simulate a virtual screen thanks to https://www.amyuni.com/downloads/usbmmidd_v2.zip tool.
Finally, it's still necessary to also use DgVoodoo and tweak it a little depending on your computer to be able to display the game correctly.

2. If you want to play like the arcade game (you're hiding when the gun is pointed out of the screen), jump to step 3. Overwise, if you want to use a pedal system to hide (like Time Crisis series), run the GUI window of DemulShooter and activate the pedal mode in the Lethal Enforcers 3 tab. You can choose a keyboard key for the pedal. If you're using an arcade panel or a joystick, you can simulate later the selected pedal key with AutoHotkey
