The error you’re receiving can determine the best way to troubleshoot it. Below are ways to fix them.

  1. Use the navigation button on your Ledger Nano X to dismiss the error message.
  2. Plug the device and let it charge for 10 to 20 minutes.
  3. Once your Ledger device has charged for a while, unlock it and go to the control center.
  4. Select “Power Off” to turn off the device.
  5.  Now, wait for the device to restart.
  6. If the issue persists, restart your Ledger device again.

Note: You should not use your device in a low or high-temperature environment, near cold or heat sources. If you are, unplug it, move it away from the near cold or heat source, and try charging it again.
