This UI displays a link for All Appellant's that have awaiting Notifications for them on the Notification Page

NOTE: All users that have access to the Case Details page

Notifications Link will display on Case Details page for the following:
  • Legacy Appellant with Multiple Notifications
  • Legacy Appellant with One Notification
  • AMA Appellant with Multiple Notifications
  • AMA Appellant with One Notification
