20231214 - INFORMATIONAL - LHDI enablement team (Team Owls) - Reached out with an operational reminder: Don't hesitate to reach out whenever we identify a production issue. Regardless of whether it is within their control, or related to a change they've made, or neither, they prefer to be notified and are happy to provide any support they can, especially if it seems like something on their end. Notifying them as soon as possible allows them to be investigating/verifying on their side in parallel with our investigations. They would ask that we post in #lighthouse-delivery-platform-support, optionally tag Tyler Snell, and clearly label the post e.g. ":alert: Prod issue".
