Solution:

  1. The solution to the surface finish having peeled off of my Anycubic Ultrabase build plate, is to install a magnetic PEI Spring Steel build plate surface.

  2. The solution to the PEI Spring Steel Surface not being as level as Anycubic Ultrabase Bed's surface, is to install a BLTouch probe to automatically perform Mesh Leveling built-in into the latest Marlin 3D Prining Firmware.

  3. The solution to the BLTouch Probe X and Y nozzle offsets being hardcoded into the Kunt Wurst Marlin Firmware, is to build a new Custom Marlin Firmware (built from the core Kunt Wurst code), encapsulating the 4MAX Pro 2.0 offsets.

  4. The soluton to the Kuntwurst Special Menu BLTouch Probe Z-Offset not working, is to write a new procedure to measure the distance of the probe trigger point to the nozzle height.

  5. The solution to the nozzle tightly pinning the nozzle to a piece of paper on the build plate after all the leveling calibrations, is to add a Nozzle to Build Plate test with the ability to adjust the Probe Z-Offset.

  6. The solution to having to adjusting the nozzle Z height while printing is to not to need to, by adding a quick Test Print before hand. If need be, the Probe Z-Offset can be re-adjusted and the Test Print done again to confidently achieve a good first layer, before moving on to a lengthy time print.
