Custom Update Catalog
Update catalogs enables you to create, edit, download and deploy custom update catalogs. Updates include BIOS, drivers, firmware and Dell applications.
Users can manually create custom catalogs for free. Alternatively, they can automate the catalog creation for entitled PCs. Catalogs can be deployed directly from TechDirect for entitled PCs or can be deployed using deployment tools.

If a custom catalog is created through Custom Update catalogs via the TechDirect portal, update the Update Source Location appropriately, navigating to the location of the custom catalog file that was created and downloaded.
