Every default value and hard limit in one place. Where a range is given, the value is
configurable within it.
Settings opens on an overview of every page, grouped into six rubrics; the sidebar holds the
same list. Each page has an address of its own โ /settings/bandwidth, /settings/usenet โ so
one can be bookmarked or linked to.

Version floors are on External tools .
Four things are deliberately held in memory only, and are gone after a restart:
A waiting captcha. The download behind it returns to the queue and raises a fresh challenge.
A request to take a session over from the browser. Ask again with Take over from
browser .
An active IP block. The first free link of that hoster is tried once more and re-arms the
block if the hoster still refuses.
The event stream's replay buffer. A client that reconnects within it is handed what it
missed; after a restart there is nothing to replay, and the client is told so.
