(11:13) <tfr42>instead of importing data via the WFS-T interface
(11:16) <tfr42>it is optimized to handle large GML files (>1 GB)

(11:18) <tfr42>the version of Spring used in the GmlTool is in conflict with the version used in the deegree-spring module https://github.com/deegree/deegree3/tree/master/deegree-spring
(11:19) <tfr42>The proposal is to drop the module https://github.com/deegree/deegree3/tree/master/deegree-spring and to move it to https://github.com/deegree/deegree3/tree/master/uncoupled

(11:25) <tfr42>Then the module https://github.com/deegree/deegree3/tree/master/deegree-tools/deegree-tools-config can be removed.
(11:28) <tfr42>The proposed steps to integrate it into the deegree project is to first push it to a public repo on github and to mark it as "incubation"
(11:29) <tfr42>then the TMC decides which of the two options we are going to choose
