Results
Objectives
Following the release of HPRC, the construction of genome graphs has been gaining traction. In GA4GH, HPP was designated as a driver project in 2024, and pangenome analysis is expected to advance in various countries. Genome graphs are anticipated to provide a vast amount of information, including structural variations. However, the annotation of structural variation data has not yet been standardized. At DBCLS, major life science data are being integrated into knowledge graphs via the RDF portal. This summit will focus on developing technologies for genome graph construction and analysis, as well as advancing methods to integrate newly obtained information from genome graphs, such as structural variation data, into knowledge graphs.
