BioHackathon 2025 Schedule (subject to minor adjustments)

Sunday, 14th September
- Opening Workshop at WINC AICHI
  - 12:30 Registration opens
  - 13:00–15:00 Warm-up session
    - Introduction and selected talks (details to be confirmed)
  - 16:00 Depart for the BioHackathon venue by chartered bus
  - Arrive at VISON around 18:00
  - 19:30 Dinner
Monday, 15th – Thursday, 18th September
- Hackathon
  - 07:30–09:00 Breakfast (on your own)
  - 09:00–12:00 Hackathon session
  - 12:00–13:00 Lunch (on your own)
  - 13:00–17:30 Hackathon session
  - 17:30–19:30 Dinner
Friday, 19th September
- Hackathon and Writethon
  - 07:30–09:00 Breakfast (on your own)
  - 09:00–12:00 Hackathon session

Saturday, 20th September
- Final Wrap-up & Departure

  - Departure options:
    - Option A:
      - 12:30 Depart from the venue by chartered bus
      - Stopover at Okage Yokocho for lunch and Ise Grand Shrine for sightseeing (~2.5 hours)
      - 15:30 Depart for Nagoya Station
      - Arrive at Nagoya Station around 17:30
    - Option B:
      - 13:00 Depart from the venue by chartered bus directly goes to the Nagoya Station
      - Arrive at Nagoya Station around 15:00
