Text color in week view and text month view depends on the task list or calendar.

Your task lists and calendars have colors (you can set that in the right sliding menu of the app, open it -> pencil pictogram -> pick color).

When you create a task (an event), you attach it to a task list (calendar), so the task (event) gets the color of the task list (calendar) it's attached to.

You can edit an event and change its color even after you have created it (press Edit -> press color box next to event title). Please note: It works perfectly for Google Calendars, Samsung calendar fails to save color change.

You can't change task color if the task has already been created, but you can change color of the task by attaching it to a different task list, even when the task has already been created. To do that, edit the task.
