Windows Mobile

Windows RT does not support OpenGL ES. Instead they force usage of directX. Kivy depends on OpenGLES 2.0 as the minimum version for managing it's UI.

Kivy Currently therefore does not run on Windows Mobile(arm).

Windows Tablets based on x86_xx processors do run kivy just fine.
