  1. A Visit Date

    • Visits without a Visit Date are rejected.

  2. The Property's Authority and Permission

    • The system checks if the Authority assigned to the property actually exists.
    • For new Visit:
      • It is verified that the submitting user has permission to create records under the given Authority.
    • For updating an existing record:
      • It is verified that the user is allowed to update from the old Authority to the new one.

  3. The Property Type2

    • PropertyType2 must be valid with one of the following values:
      • Tilsynspligtig ejendom
      • Beboelsesejendom
      • Fødevarevirksomhed
      • Anden industri
      • Kommunal institution m.v.
      • Privat-, statslig- eller regional institution m.v.
      • Andet

  4. Yearly submission restrictions must be respected

    • If the Visit Date is set to a year that has already been closed for reporting by the assigned Authority, the system prevents updating or creating the Visit.
