This is issue #2.

Disabled building of the following packages under ExternalCode and installed locally:

• muparser
• curl (installed as a dependency of raptor2)
• expat
• raptor 2
• raptor
• cvode260
• lpsolve
• sbml
• boost
• galib

Updated the following:

• antimony 2.8
• clapack (deleted lapack and added this as a submodule)

Upgraded the following dependencies:

• Qt4 -> Qt5
• CMake 2.6 -> 3.13 (minimum compatibility 3.0.2)

Added the following:

• munkei-cmake submodule for automatic git versioning
