AI requirements
Game needs simple AI for an non playable actor. That AI should be state driven, state change should occur after specific conditions are met. For now, there are following states specified:
- idle - NPA is in a room alone or with allies
- combat - NPA is in a room with enemy actors
- chasing - enemy actor left the room during combat, NPA is following enemy
