• Pirate bases will respect bandit reputation
• Having high rep with bandits will turn pirate bases friendly to you
• Some may even let you freely board their base
• Bases will take into account Dynamic Europa locations when spawning (Bases near husk grounds have a higher chance to be husked, they won't spawn near military blockades, higher chances around pirate outposts, etc)
