2.A. Core Values
At Orange, we want people to think of us as leaders in creativity, innovation and inclusivity. We believe that in order to achieve this we must put our employees first. Which is why we consider openness, collaboration and work-life balance pillars of what makes our company function well. These values will help us stay competitive and provide our customers the best products in the industry.
2.A.1. Creativity
At Orange, we want our customers to have some of the most unique tech they've ever owned. Since a company and its products are only as creative as the individuals that are a part of it, we believe hiring those with creative solutions and interesting ideas is a must. We also want to foster that creativity by encouraging our employees to take on projects that truly interest them.

We believe that people thrive when they feel safe and open to express their ideas questions and concerns. Which is why we believe that our employees should be able to communicate openly with us regarding any issues occurring in their life that may be impeding their work even if it involves someone they report to. This openness ensures that our employees feel safe have a have a great working relationship with those they work with closely.
