Creating Study Tree - czbar/ChessForge GitHub Wiki

When you create a new Chapter, the Study tree is automatically created. Click on the Study line (red below) to show the Study view. Alternatively, click the Study Tab (green below):

 

Make moves on the chessboard (red arrow below), and the system records them in the Study (green below). Selecting any move in the Study updates the main chessboard to show the position after that move. From there, you can enter an alternative move to create a new branch. By navigating back and forth through the moves, you can build a complete variation tree with multiple lines.
