Commands for configuring automatic magic bursts and element blacklists.

Commands

// trust mb	Toggle magic burst on and off.
// trust mb auto	Magic burst with spells of any element.
// trust mb off	Disable magic bursting.
// trust mb earth	Magic burst with earth spells.
// trust mb lightning	Magic burst with lightning spells.
// trust mb water	Magic burst with water spells.
// trust mb fire	Magic burst with fire spells.
// trust mb ice	Magic burst with ice spells.
// trust mb wind	Magic burst with wind spells.
// trust mb light	Magic burst with light spells.
// trust mb dark	Magic burst with dark spells.
// trust mb toggle element_name	Toggle an element for magic bursting.
// trust mb enable element_name	Remove an element from the magic burst blacklist.
