Overview
The Barspeller role is responsible for using Barspells.

How it works
A Barspeller will remember the last bar-element and bar-status spell that it casts and re-cast it when it wears off if AutoBarspellMode is set to Manual. Note that the barspell must be cast manually the first time. If you cast a different barspell, a Barspeller will maintain the new one instead.
