Web UI (Removed)

The web UI functionality (--webui, --uiport, and the module modules/webui.py) is no longer part of the Synthalingua project. These command-line arguments are not defined in modules/parser_args.py, and the corresponding source file is missing.

For real‑time monitoring and control, use the built‑in web server options (--portnumber, --https, --serverip) which are still supported.
