Stats

The Stats tab evaluates your entries. Everything is calculated from the data set on the device.

Key figures

Kilometers, runs, average pace, fastest pace, longest run, total running time, “Plan kept” (the share of due sessions you completed) and the number of open issues. If you entered a body part to watch in Settings, the share of runs without pain is added.

Charts

  • Your routes: all recorded routes on top of each other, as an interactive map (drag, pinch, + and −, full screen). Shown are the routes near the most recent one, so a holiday route doesn't stretch the map. The basemap is bundled in the app; nothing is loaded from the network. See GPS recording, “Map and route”.
  • Kilometers per week across all 27 weeks; the current week is marked.
  • Pace per run with your goal pace as a dashed line. It appears after two runs.
  • Trend of the watched body part: one box per run (all good, slight pull, hurts or no answer). It is named after your body part, for example “Knee trend”.
  • Comparison by shoes (barefoot shoes, regular shoes) and time of day (morning to night): number of runs, average pace and the share of runs without pain.

Weekly overview per sport

The overview shows a line across the last twelve weeks. At the top you choose the sport: “All”, running and every other sport you have entries for (bouldering, strength, calisthenics, stretching, other). For running the line shows kilometers per week, otherwise the number of sessions.

You pick a week by tapping the line or with the arrows. Below are the week's figures (for running: distance, time and average pace; otherwise sessions, time and average duration) and the individual sessions. The overview combines four sources:

  1. logged runs
  2. completed plan sessions (extra sessions, with their duration if you entered it)
  3. replacement sessions (“instead of plan”, for example swimming or cycling)
  4. free sessions you add on top

“+ Log session” adds a free session: sport, date, duration (1 to 600 minutes, optional) and a short note (up to 40 characters, optional). Tap free sessions in the list to change or delete them. Runs are logged in the Training tab.

Learnings

Below the stats you record what you notice while training (up to 600 characters per entry):

  • Type: insight or issue
  • Topic: pace, gear, nutrition, recovery, mind or other (plus your watched body part, if set)
  • Issues can be marked as solved. The list can be filtered to “Open issues”.

The number of open issues is shown with the key figures.
