WP PACGroupManagementService

Navigate to Resources -> Resource Environment -> Resource Environment Providers

Change "Scope" from "All Scopes" to "Cluster=PortalCluster"

Select WP PACGroupManagementService

Click "Custom Properties"

Add the following values:

 - For each updated value, click "OK", and continue until each entry has been added.

  - Name: public.expires

  - Value: 3600

  - Name: public.reload

  - Value: 3600

  - Name: remote.cache.expiration

  - Value: 28800

Navigate back to WP PACGroupManagementService

Click "OK"

Save changes
