WP CPConfigurationService

Navigate to Resources -> Resource Environment -> Resource Environment Providers

Change "Scope" from "All Scopes" to "Cluster=PortalCluster"

Select WP CPConfigurationService

Click "Custom Properties"

Add the following values:

- For each updated value, click "OK", and continue until each entry has been added.

- Name: com.ibm.wps.cp.rating.inline.customLabelCommunityRatings

- Value: blank

- Name: com.ibm.wps.cp.rating.inline.customLabelPersonalPrivateRatings

- Value: blank

- Name: com.ibm.wps.cp.rating.inline.customLabelPersonalPublicRatings

- Value: blank

- Name: com.ibm.wps.cp.rating.inline.deletingEnabled

- Value: true

- Name: com.ibm.wps.cp.tagging.inline.customLabelCommunityTags

- Value: blank

- Name: com.ibm.wps.cp.tagging.inline.customLabelPersonalPrivateTags

- Value: blank

- Name: com.ibm.wps.cp.tagging.inline.customLabelPersonalPublicTags

- Value: blank

- Name: com.ibm.wps.cp.tagging.inline.deletingEnabled

- Value: true

Update the following values:

- For each updated value, click "OK", and continue until each entry has been added.

- Name: com.ibm.wps.cp.tagging.isTaggingEnabled

- Current value: true

- New value: false

- Name: com.ibm.wps.cp.rating.isRatingEnabled

- Current value: true

- New value: false

Navigate back to WP CPConfigurationService

Click "OK"
