WCM WCMConfigService

Navigate to Resources -> Resource Environment -> Resource Environment Providers
Change "Scope" from "All Scopes" to "Cluster=PortalCluster"
Select WCM WCMConfigService
Click "Custom Properties"
Add the following values:
 - Name: connect.businesslogic.module.deletemultiplelibraries.remoteaccess
 - Value: false

 - Name: connect.businesslogic.module.clearversions.remoteaccess
 - Value: false

 - Name: connect.businesslogic.module.clearhistory.remoteaccess
 - Value: false

 - Name: connect.businesslogic.module.ExportCacheSettings.remoteaccess
 - Value: fal
