Click the “wrench” to access the Portal administration pages

On the left navigation menu, select “Resource Permissions” under “Access”

Select “Virtual Resources”

Click the “key” icon next to “WCM REST SERVICE”

Click the “pencil” icon next to the “Administrator” row

Click “Add”

Select “User Groups” in the “Search for Users or User Groups” drop-down

Select “cn” in the “Search by” drop-down, and enter “wcmsyndicators” in the “Search” box

Click Search

Add the resultant entry
