Login to the Portal server hosting WCM

In the applications menu, select "Personalization"

Select the "Business Rules" tab

Click New -> Publish Server

 - Name: "Publish to ${ENV}"

 - Publish Servlet URL: https://${SERVER_FQDN}:${PORT_NUMBER}/${CONTEXT_ROOT}/pznpublish/pznpublishtarget

 - Workspace: blank, unless only a specific workspace is necessary

Click "Save"

Select the checkbox next to the new Publish Server

Click "Extra Actions -> Publish -> Publish Selected

Select the new publish server in the "Select the destination publish server" dropdown

Provide appropriate credentials

Click "Publish"
