Disable HAManager

NOTE: If the HA Manager service is disabled for ANY server in the cell, it MUST be disabled for ALL servers in the cell.

Login to the ISC

Navigate to Servers -> WebSphere application servers

For each application server, perform the following steps:

Under "Additional Properties", select "Core group service"

 - Uncheck "Enable service at server start-up"

 - Uncheck "Enable activation"

 - Click "OK"

Save changes
