Tags are unique to each user and alg combo

Tags are things like #oh, #learning, #use, and #trending to describe and alg and help filter it.

We plan to use tags throughout the website to categorize algs.

Tags can be automatically generated by the server, or users.

Users can choose from a selection of defined global algs, or create their own tags to categorize algs their own way.

These global tags then help generate "adjacent" sets such as "OH" Pll.

Users can use their own tags to categorize their algs as "learning" or "hard"
