• CCP Grant awarded to the Western University - Nunavut Arctic College CubeSat Project in Spring 2018
• Project Kick-off May 2018
• Pre-Phase A study May - August 2018 with 5 undergrad students
• Phase A system-level trade-off study, Spirit vs Opportunity, with 10 Capstone projects
• Selection of Opportunity system (see below)
• Nunavut Arctic College completes naming competition, and Ukpik-1 is selected for project name going forward
