Anyone building a site on the CU Starter Kit project is welcome to suggest improvements to existing feature or completely new features using the Feature Request issue type in GitHub. If the feature includes visual elements, it is VERY helpful to mock up the desktop, tablet and mobile interfaces in XD. The mockups can be as simple as screenshots placed into the XD Artboards or more complicated components build using the Bootstrap Library as functioning prototypes.

CU provides access to additional Adobe XD training through LinkedIn Learning (formerly Lynda) and SkillSoft.

  1. Download Adobe XD Template
  2. Mock up the visual appearance of the feature in desktop, tablet and mobile
  3. Write up the steps you'd expect users with specific roles to use when using the feature
  4. Define why this feature would benefit sites using the CU Starter Kit
