Nothing is more frustrating than having to deal with unorganized landlords. Emails, phone calls, text messages. It all seems to get lost. Property managers (Landlords) need a product that can have everything in one place - Maintenance request management, Billing, Service scheduling, tenant information/ contracts, and more.

This would be a web application for property managers to be able to have all these features in one place. There should also be a user component of either submitting requests and payments through a mobile app or logging onto their website.

There is a huge market for property managers, especially in university towns. Charging a subscription for the product is one way to make money, as well as allowing local businesses to pay for advertising when services are requested.
