Campus Collab: Students Sell Their Skills - cs428TAs/f2022 GitHub Wiki
Plenty of university students studying computer science struggle to find ways to strengthen their resumes and portfolios in preparation for entry level jobs, and many other students have ideas that need the skills that programmers have to offer. Campus Collab is an app where university students can connect, collaborate, and offer their coding skills to other local students, and students can post their projects and ideas to attract the help of CS students.
- The app is focused on project boards, which describe and advertise new or ongoing projects that need the help of programmers. Any student can add a project to be discovered by their peers.
- Every student has a profile page that includes their name, a list of the tech skills that they're offering, a list of reviews from other students who have worked with that student, and a sample portfolio that shows off the student's work.
- Students can search for relevant projects or students that have the skills they're looking for.
