Create an Asset main record

Menu path: Workspace > Asset Tracking

Plan

Define the acquisition value.

Create an Asset Tracking record

Menu path: Workspace > Asset Tracking > Tracking

Describe the location e.g. Shop number within a shopping centre.

Identify the location by manually typing the address or alternatively select a Functional Location from a pop-up list.

Move the Asset

Create subsequent Asset Tracking record

Menu path: Workspace > Asset Tracking > Tracking

Identify a new location by manually typing the address or selecting from a pop-up list.

Review the history of movement via table listing.

Movement Report

Menu path: Workspace > Asset Tracking > Reports

We provided standard reports that can either generate a PDF or CSV file for display or download.

Alternatively, we can customise reports to suit your business requirements.

This report provides the historical movement of the asset.
